A Wonderful Long Weekend

Turkey roasted to perfection. Delicious.

Plenty of leftover Salty Honey Pie to last the whole weekend. The salty & sweet combination is just heavenly on the tongue.

I even managed to take out my tripod to take a group picture in our new backyard.

The day after Thanksgiving, I used the leftover turkey to make a hearty & comforting pot of Turkey Congee (rice porridge).

We invited a small group of family and friends over to help celebrate my DH's milestone birthday.

Great photos! Looks like a wonderful family time. And enough with the salt honey pie photos, it's killing me.

These photos are terrific! Love your ohana one. Love how you and your sister are sportin' happy pink lipstick. Husbands love a great la hanau celebration. The turkey looks amazing.

Looks like a very good weekend! I was especially glad to see Napoleon and Caesar. I wondered, and there they are - just as handsome as ever.
