Thanksgiving

I have a lot to be thankful for this year. This year we are spending Thanksgiving at my friend's house in Brooklyn, NY. I am looking forward to spending time with friends I haven't seen in a while. We have been so busy with work and every day life that it's nice to slow down and relax for a bit.

This is my contribution to the Thanksgiving desserts this year. I had a lot of fun making these treats and hope everyone will enjoy them.

I love pumpkin but hate pumpkin pie, so those mini-cheesecakes are right up my alley. So great! You were so generous to bring three such special desserts. Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
