Malabrigo Fingers Scarf Progress

I am loving this scarf! I am onto skein 2 of the Olive Malabrigo Scarf Project. The end is hopefully near if I don't get distracted by a thousand other projects. The seed stitch is tedious, but it's going to be worth it. There are many projects on the needles, but nothing is getting finished because I spend a bit of time with each project instead of concentrating on just one. I usually work on this scarf when I am watching movies at night or catching up on missed tv shows.

I baked a little treat this weekend. One of my Christmas gifts from my sister was Baking: From My Home to Yours . It's a beautiful book and I had been eyeing it for a long time.

I used the recipe for Perfection Pound Cake, but made it into a Green Tea Marble Pound Cake. The crumb is very delicate and made even more so by using Cake Flour. I happen to have some Cake Flour on hand, but you could also use All Purpose Flour, the recipe has both options.
