I started another sweater called Easy Baby Cardigan. The sleeves are on waste yarn as I work on the body. I love patterns with no seaming.
This baby hat was a fun and quick knitting project. It's the Baby Hat from the book, One Skein. I followed the pattern for the newborn size, but I used US 8/5.00mm DPNs. It's probably a bit bigger than a newborn size due to using one needle size up and slightly thicker yarn, but bigger is better since babies grow so fast. The pattern is easy, but you just have to pay attention in the beginning for the umbrella lace part.
Pattern: Baby Hat from One Skein
Yarn: 1 ball of Bernat Cashmere Natural Blends , color: Snow
Needles: US 8/5.00mm DPN's
Size: Newborn

So cute! I think you are the most productive baby knitter in blogland. You have finished so many baby products! And I can't believe only 100 days to go!
Thanks, Lynn. I feel like I am not knitting fast enough. 100 days to go?! Now, you remind me!!
no seaming is soooo key!
Sweet! You are going to have one well-dressed little baby!
Oo I love the hat! My friends are both having boys or else I'd be knitting that myself. Instead I'm going to do those little converse sneaker booties. I love the purple and white sweater, that's just lovely.
cute! I really love that hat.
Ack cute. I keep thinking of not only how cute your baby will be but how cute she will be dressed. Lucky baby.
Very sweet! I hope the pregnancy is going smoothly and you get to knit lots and lots of sweet things!

very very cute! I love knitting for babies because they are cute and you can't give up the way you can on a larger project! but its highly addictive and my knitting books attest to that!

That hat is too cute. The sweater will be great too (and the no seaming part is definitely a huge plus)
