Ripple Blanket Completed!

I finally finished the Ripple Blanket I started in February. I still have yarn left from each of the 8 skeins, but I decided not to use it all up as I had intended to when I first started this. I ended up making it shorter so it can be a big baby blanket for my baby when he/she arrives in January.
Pattern: Soft Waves from 200 Ripple Stitch Patterns
Yarn: Caron Simple Soft Brites
Colors: Limelight, Mango, Lemonade, Watermelon, Grape, Bluemint, Rubine Red, and Berry Blue
Hook: US H8/5.00mm Susan Bates
Blanket Size: 41 inches by 54 inches , 147 stitches for the Foundation Chain

It's gorgeous! And hey, I received my sock yarn! I had forgotten all about that, so it was a wonderful surprise. It also came right in time for my birthday. Ha! THANK YOU.

Congratulations on the baby news! (I know I'm a little behind on congratulating you!) :)
You finished it! I was hoping to see how the ripple turned out! Your blanket was the first one that caught my eye, too, a couple of months ago on the Ripple Along. Beautiful! Thanks for sharing the photos!
